On April 9, the Board of Education recognized the following students and staff at the Manteo Middle School meeting: 

Superintendent John Farrelly, joined by Board Member Frank Hester, recognized Mary Beth Carlton for leading her students to create a small-business coffee shop called the Brave Bean Coffee Cart.

 

Superintendent John Farrelly, joined by Board Member Frank Hester, recognize Michelle Shafer, the Manteo Middle School Teacher of the Year.
